Plan the Way You Look & Feel

It’s not realistic to tell someone to change a behavior, and maintain it 100% of the time, without a tangible plan. A good step-up plan could be to suggest taking an action you want to bring into your routine more often and increase the frequency incrementally.

If you get a look together once in a while, consider making that happen 50% of the time. And if you’ve been putting thought into how you dress on a part-time basis, consider making it more fulltime. There really is so much enjoyment that can come from caring about your appearance.

The process of creating this new habit will be reinforced by the way you feel. Needless to say, the effort you put into getting together your look for the day will pay off exponentially.
